FAQ

What is the Audrey Members’ Club?

The Audrey Members’ Club is an exclusive and friendly space for any woman who knows there’s more to life. Whether you want to make a big change in your life, get support and practical guidance from experts or connect with likeminded women, Club Audrey is a unique online platform where you can engage, interact, discuss, learn and socialise.

Now I’m a member where do I start?

Go to Live Talks and book onto one of our interactive talks or workshops to get an insight into how being a member can really help you. Or attend one of our signature Restart Club sessions aimed at helping you make big changes or tiny adjustments to your life within a live supportive group coaching framework. If you’re a bit shy fear not, you don’t have to talk – just listen in. And if you just need to shake up your thinking for now? Go to Resources where you’ll find plenty of expert guidance to help kickstart your journey.

What are Audrey Circles?

We have created Audrey Circles as a way for you to connect with members who are going through the same thing as you. In this way you’ll get ideas, support and advice from likeminded women and what’s more you’ll get that all-important accountability to help you achieve your ambitions. If you want to retrain or move into a different career or sector, or you need post-redundancy solidarity, join the Careers & Retraining Circle. If you’re self-employed or running your own business, join the Business & Self-employment Circle. Audrey Circles meet once a month online, and sessions are facilitated.

What happens if I sign up for a Live, Restart Club or Circle?

Most live coaching sessions and workshops take place on Zoom and GoToWebinar. When you select the session you want to attend on the appropriate page, you’ll get given the joining details so you can turn up online at the specified time. If you have any problems using the platforms we use, just make sure you’re online early so you can let us know you need a little help.

What happens if I can’t attend a session I’ve signed up for?

That’s OK, we know life can be full of challenges and choices and something else may come up. Just let us know as soon as you can that you won’t be able to attend so we can free up your space for someone else in case numbers are capped. And don’t forget, many of our Live talks are recorded so you can catch up on all that great content later.

How can I be featured as a member story?

Each month we’ll be showcasing one of our members’ stories to help inspire others on their own path. If you would like to be featured, you can email us at members@audreyonline.co.uk and tell us your story, in no more than 1,500 words. Don’t forget to give us your name, age and location. Whatever you’ve been through, whatever you’ve achieved or overcome, these stories can be incredibly motivating for other members so please share yours.

Will you be adding more Resources?

Each month we will be adding more and more content to the Audrey Members’ Club and will continue to add to our Resources pages. If you have a suggestion for a particular area of interest that you’d like us to explore in Resources, just get in touch. We’ll get one of our experts to put together information sheets or worksheets to help you and other members who may need support in this particular area.

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Simply go to ‘My Account’, find the ‘Cancel My Membership’ link and follow the instructions, which will instantly cancel your membership. Alternatively email us and we’ll cancel it within 72 hours. We do not refund any payments collected so if you choose to cancel, there will be no reimbursement of membership so remember to do so before your next payment is due.

How do I get in touch with the Audrey team if I have a question?

That’s easy, just email us at members@audreyonline.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help you asap. We’re open to your ideas, comments, suggestions and thoughts. We love hearing from our members so let us know what else we could be doing to help you – if we can we’ll jump straight on it.
